My specs are: iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Mid 2015) - 3.3 GHz Intel Core i5 - 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 - AMD Radeon R9 M290 2048 MB. I can't even get to the editing part when its starts freezing. I get the famous beachball when I'm selecting photos to edit. I read that the 5K display was an issue cause Lightroom and Photoshop didn't render properly at that resolution so I decided to wait for a fix. I didn't think apple would return it after a certain time so I didn't bother. ![]() I Purchased iMac 27inch 5K mid 2015 back in 2015 and ever since it has been really slow.
